We are seeking an enthusiastic, collaborative, and highly motivated Hands-On IT tech Lead to join our company. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and welcomes new challenges every day. 
The IT tech Lead will report directly to the security & compliance and IT manager and will be managing Optimove’s IT systems and provide global IT support. In addition, they'll be responsible for implementing and enforcing information technology/security policies and tools per Optimove's standards and managing inventory and licensing. 

 
Responsibilities: 
  • Support end users with patience and professionalism, ensuring a helpful and service-minded approach. 
  • Tech lead IT staff by training and coaching IT specialists. 
  • Manage information technology and computer systems, track, research, evaluate, and maintain hardware and software inventory. 
  • Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, asset management tools, applications, email systems, laptops, meeting rooms, software, and hardware. 
  • Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, standards, and procedures. 
  • Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration. 
  • Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy. 
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time. 
  • Lead projects, methodologies, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative. 

 

Requirements: 
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a global IT department, preferably in a lead role.
  • Security-oriented and has a good understanding of security and compliance, like SOC2 and ISO27001. 
  • Proven experience with IDP, MDM, VPN, EDR, SaaS management, mail/web filtering, and cloud service providers. 
  • Solid understanding of protocols: DMARC, DKIM, SPF, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
  • Familiar with frameworks like ITIL, COBIT – advantage.
  • Familiar with GCP, Snowflake, and Wiz – advantage.
  • Related Certifications – advantage.
  • Fluent English.
