Lead, Coach, and Elevate a High-Performing Sales Team

At Mentimeter, we’re building a world-class sales organization, and we’re looking for a Sales Manager to help take our EMEA AE team in Stockholm to the next level.

This is an opportunity to develop and grow top-performing Account Executives, drive outbound excellence, and stay hands-on in sales conversations - all while shaping the next generation of SaaS sales leadership.

What You'll Do

Grow and Develop a High-Performing AE Team

  • Lead and develop a team of 4–5 Account Executives.
  • Build structured coaching plans that help AEs reach (and exceed) their potential.
  • Foster a team culture where ambition meets humility - where people are supported, challenged, and set up for long-term success.
  • Hire and retain top talent, ensuring we build a diverse and high-impact team.
  • Champion inclusion - great ideas (and great salespeople) come from everywhere.

Drive Sales Execution & Outbound Excellence

  • Set high standards for outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and deal execution.
  • Support AEs in complex deals - helping them strategize, negotiate, and close with confidence.
  • Keep forecasts accurate and predictable - ensuring every AE has a clear path to quota.
  • Balance strategy with execution - helping the team focus on what moves the needle.

Lead From the Front – Stay Close to Customers

  • Join customer meetings, coach in real time, and provide hands-on support.
  • Show, don’t just tell - lead by example in how we engage, sell, and create value.
  • Cultivate a customer-first mindset - real business conversations matter more than internal busywork.
