Revenue Operations Manager

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to help us design, optimize, and scale how we track and drive revenue at Mentimeter. Sitting at the intersection of marketing, data, and operations, this role will own the development and implementation of revenue attribution models, build scalable customer journey tracking systems, and enable data-driven marketing strategies.

You’ll apply a practical technical skillset to accelerate progress—configuring tools, connecting data sources, and leveraging automation or AI where it adds value. You’ll use data to uncover insights, identify bottlenecks, and support smarter decision-making across the funnel. You should understand how systems interact and can collaborate confidently with technical teams to make things happen. You’re a curious, structured thinker with a commercial mindset who can turn ambiguity into action.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Attribution & Measurement

  • Build and continuously improve attribution models that track the full B2B customer journey across touchpoints.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness in tracking marketing influence on pipeline and revenue.

2. Journey Design & Optimization

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to map end-to-end customer journeys and implement tracking logic aligned with business objectives.
  • Use data insights to refine campaigns, channels, and handoff points.

3. Systems & Tools Management

  • Oversee integration and performance of tools such as Salesforce, Braze, 6sense, and Looker.
  • Identify system gaps or data issues that impact attribution accuracy or marketing insight.
  • Lead platform optimization and workflow automation efforts to reduce manual work.

4. Data Collaboration & Insights

  • Partner with Revenue Analytics and Data teams to ensure clean, consistent data across platforms.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting structures to surface actionable performance insights for marketing and sales.

5. Cross-functional Project Leadership

  • Scope technical requirements and coordinate implementation of attribution-related projects.
  • Established as a revenue craft expert  to stakeholders across marketing, sales, and data functions.
    Advocate for systems thinking and measurable outcomes in campaign planning and GTM execution.

6. Evaluation & Innovation

  • Evaluate emerging tools and technologies that improve how we attribute revenue and understand buyer behavior.
  • Recommend solutions that enhance visibility and decision-making across the funnel.

What Success Looks Like

Ultimately, success is about enabling our commercial teams to make more money. You will do that by working with:

  • Attribution Models: Full-funnel attribution model live and used consistently by stakeholders.
  • Scalable Infrastructure: Systems and workflows that support high-quality, real-time reporting without manual workarounds.
  • Insight-Driven Culture: Regularly shipping dashboards and recommendations that influence marketing strategy and budget allocation.
  • Cross-Team Alignment: Marketing, Sales, and Analytics are synced on data definitions, campaign tracking, and funnel measurement.
  • Innovation: Our revenue teams adopt and leverage modern tools that 10x how we go to market.

 

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Technical Management Consultant or a similar role, preferably at a SaaS or product-led company. 
  • Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, multi-touch attribution model and how to design tracking frameworks to reflect them.
  • Familiarity with revenue tools like Salesforce, Braze, Looker, 6sense, Hightouch, or similar.
  • Ability to scope and manage cross-functional technical projects involving marketing, data, and engineering.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on business outcomes over vanity metrics.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and connecting dots across teams and tools.

 

Examples of what we think the ideal profile has experience of

Operations at a start-up /scale up
Management consulting but with a technical flair either from university education, technical projects or other
Technical roles like data / software architect, data engineer, etc. but with business school background or experience in commercial roles or strategy
