Revenue Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and technically adept Revenue Operations Manager with a deep understanding of revenue attribution models. In this role, you will focus on designing, optimizing, and automating customer journeys while ensuring accurate measurement of marketing efforts across various touchpoints. You'll be part of our Revenue Operations team working closely with Marketing, Revenue Analytics, and Data teams to bridge the gap between technology, marketing strategy, and performance measurement to deliver scalable systems that drive predictable revenue growth.

This role reports to our Director of MarTech & Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Attribution Management: Drive the development, implementation, and optimization of revenue attribution model tailored to Mentimeter. Ensure that all customer touchpoints, from awareness through to conversion, are accurately tracked and measured.
  • Customer Journey Optimization: Design and orchestrate end-to-end customer journeys that align with buying cycles and ensure attribution across multiple channels and stages. Use attribution data to optimize and refine these journeys for improved performance and ROI.
  • Tech Stack Management & Integration: Optimize the marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools. Ensure seamless integration between platforms, focusing on accurate data flow for attribution modeling and reporting.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Work with Data and Revenue Analytics teams to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting across touchpoints. Develop and manage dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights on marketing performance, customer engagement, and attribution.
  • Process Automation & Scalability: Implement automated systems and workflows that scale across the marketing department. Focus on automation opportunities that reduce manual work, streamline reporting, and improve the consistency of attribution data.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, revenue analytics, and data teams to ensure alignment on revenue attribution strategy and technology implementation. Act as the technical expert in attribution modeling and provide guidance on best practices across teams.
  • Tool Evaluation and Optimization: Continuously assess new technologies, tools, and platforms that can improve the revenue attribution process. Recommend and implement tools that provide deeper insights into B2B customer journeys and enhance tracking capabilities.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Attribution Model Successfully building revenue attribution models, ensuring accurate tracking of all customer touchpoints and providing clear insights into how different channels contribute to revenue.
  • Scalable Systems: Building and optimizing scalable systems that improve marketing efficiency and ensure accurate reporting across teams.
  • Data-Driven Marketing: Driving better decision-making across teams through data-backed insights and reports, particularly around B2B customer journeys and attribution.
  • Collaboration & Integration: Leading cross-functional initiatives to ensure seamless integration between marketing technology, revenue operations, and data teams, driving alignment and optimized outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Revenue Attribution Expertise: 5+ years of experience working with revenue attribution models in SaaS, ideally in Product-led growth companies. Proven ability to manage attribution models for complex sales cycles with multiple touchpoints across the buyer journey.
  • Expertise in Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with MarTech platforms, including CRM systems, marketing automation tools, customer engagement tools, ABM tools and analytics platforms such as Braze, Salesforce, 6Sense, Looker, High touch etc. 
  • Data Integration & Analysis: Strong experience in integrating and managing data across multiple systems (CRM, analytics, and marketing automation platforms) and analyzing performance data to derive actionable insights.
  • Reporting & Dashboarding: Experience building dashboards and reports that track the effectiveness of multi-channel marketing efforts, optimize attribution models, and provide key performance insights.
  • Automation Expertise: Proven track record of implementing and optimizing marketing automation systems, driving efficiency, and enhancing performance through technology.
  • Project Management: Ability to lead and manage technical projects related to revenue attribution, from tool selection to implementation and ongoing optimization.

  • Revenue Impact: Direct influence on marketing and sales efforts by providing clear, actionable insights into customer journeys and touchpoint effectiveness, driving revenue growth.
  • Craft expertise: Ownership of key attribution models and systems, influencing B2B go-to-market strategies across marketing, sales, and revenue operations.
  • Cross-Department Influence: Drive collaboration between marketing, revenue operations, and data teams to improve data quality, attribution accuracy, and marketing performance.
