As VP of Strategic Accounts, you will lead our global strategy for managing and expanding Mentimeter’s largest and most impactful customers. This role is critical in driving both customer success and commercial growth by building strong partnerships, creating alignment across functions, and leading a high-performing team. You'll take ownership of global strategic accounts and be a key player in how we scale this segment.

Responsibilities for the role:

  • Own the global strategy and performance of our largest Strategic Accounts
  • Build and deepen relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders
  • Lead a team of Sales Managers, Account Directors and cross-functional pods across regions
  • Drive renewals, upsell and expansion in close collaboration with CSMs and Product
  • Align internal teams across Sales, CS, Product, Marketing and Delivery
  • Use data and insights to identify opportunities, mitigate risks and deliver growth
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally and build long-term customer advocacy
  • Create a scalable model for strategic account management and global team performance

Must-haves for the role:

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic enterprise sales leadership (preferably SaaS)
  • Proven track record of driving growth and retention across complex global accounts
  • Experience leading high-performing teams and developing people
  • Confidence in executive-level customer engagement (incl. C-suite)
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset – driven by metrics like NRR and expansion
  • Ability to lead through change and scale new ways of working
  • Professional-level English (we sell to 150+ countries)
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills

Good to have:

  • Experience working with Strategic Account structures in a global SaaS company
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Planhat, and similar CRM tools
  • Additional languages (other than English and Swedish)

Not required:

  • You don’t have to know Swedish – we’re an English-first organization with 20+ nationalities on the team!
