Partner Support Specialist

Tallinn, Harju, Estonia

Inbank is a financial technology company with an EU banking license that connects merchants, consumers, and financial institutions on its next-generation embedded finance platform. Our financing solutions are embedded seamlessly into the shopping journey of 6,000+ retailers. This helps our merchant partners grow their businesses, while end customers benefit from a frictionless shopping experience wherever they are. With a focus on innovation and growth, we are looking for talented people to join our team of 440+ working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic.

We’re looking for a Partner Support Specialist to join our Estonian Sales team. In this role, you’ll support our Partner Sales Managers in their day-to-day work, work closely with merchant partners, and help maintain smooth cooperation across sales processes. You’ll also keep our systems accurate and up to date, providing a seamless experience for our partners. If you enjoy working with people and systems, are interested in sales, and have a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing a high-quality support experience to our merchant partners and sales team.
  • Onboarding new partners by introducing our systems and setting up profiles, users, and payment options.
  • Preparing monthly sales reports and reviewing bonus payments.
  • Preparing and drafting cooperation agreements.
  • Advising, visiting, and training partners on our products and services when needed.
  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and ensuring accurate product and process information is shared.

Ideally, you’d have:

  • 1-2 years of relevant previous experience in a similar role (e.g. Sales Support Specialist/Assistant, Insurance Assistant, or related position).
  • Interest in sales processes and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle several tasks and priorities at once.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken Estonian & English.

If this role excites you, but you don’t meet every single requirement, we still encourage you to apply. We value diverse backgrounds and perspectives and believe that great people grow into great roles.

Why you’ll enjoy working here?

We believe great work deserves great rewards. That’s why we offer a competitive salary tailored to your experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. You’ll enjoy sports compensation or additional health insurance, plus extra vacation days after your third year with us. To recognise long-term impact and strong performance, we offer a 6-week paid sabbatical after four years at Inbank.

Beyond the benefits, you’ll step into an inspiring, challenging environment where you can grow professionally, work in a hybrid and autonomous setup, and collaborate with talented teammates internationally. Add in regular team events and a variety of extra perks, and you’ll find that Inbank isn’t just a workplace—it’s a place to thrive.

Sounds like a fit?

Apply, and our recruitment team will be in touch. If you’re unsure but curious, apply anyway - we’re happy to explore together.
