Sales Development Manager

Warszawa, Masovian Voivodeship, Poland

Inbank is a financial technology company with an EU banking license that connects merchants, consumers, and financial institutions on its next-generation embedded finance platform. Our financing solutions are seamlessly integrated into the shopping journeys of over 6,000 retailers. This helps our merchant partners grow their businesses, while end customers benefit from a frictionless shopping experience wherever they are. With a focus on innovation and growth, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team of over 440 professionals working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic.

Ready to blend local impact with global collaboration?

Inbank is shifting from a traditional one-to-one merchant sales model toward a high-leverage "one-to-many" strategy. We are looking for a Sales Development Manager in Poland to identify and open gateways that grant us access to hundreds of merchants at once.

As a Sales Development Manager, you will be the architect of our scalable acquisition funnel. You will visualize the market, prepare the go-to-market strategy, and execute it to ensure Inbank becomes the financier of choice across major Polish digital ecosystems.

What you'll be doing:

  • Identify, negotiate, and close deals with "gateways" (e.g., PSPs, marketplaces, software houses, or ERP providers) that serve as hubs for multiple merchants.
  • Take full ownership of the "post-gate" funnel. Ensure that once a partnership is signed, the end-merchants are actually activated and using Inbank’s solutions.
  • Act as the commercial bridge to the Product and Tech teams. You’ll translate market opportunities into high-level technical requirements (APIs, integrations) to win deals against competitors.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to design and order B2B2C campaigns, banners, and POS materials tailored to your specific partner channels and seasonality.
  • Analyze merchant inflow and performance data to refine your sales tactics and prioritize the most lucrative "gateways."

Technical by nature, but sales-driven by design. You use your understanding of complex architectures to outmaneuver objections and scale growth. If your curiosity is technical but your results are pure sales, let’s talk.

Ideally, you would have:

  • Solid experience in B2B Sales or Business Development, preferably within PSPs (Payment Service Providers), e-commerce platforms, or SaaS companies selling infrastructure solutions.
  • A proven track record of building and scaling distribution channels — not just managing individual accounts.
  • Confidence discussing APIs and technical integrations, with the ability to clearly articulate how a specific integration can improve conversion and drive revenue for partners.
  • A self-starter mindset: you can build your own roadmap, generate pipeline from scratch, and execute independently.
  • Strong understanding of the local retail and e-commerce landscape.
  • KPI-driven approach, motivated by measurable impact — especially growth in monthly active merchants.
  • A data-oriented mindset: you use insights to build your case, identify friction points, and optimize onboarding processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrix organization, balancing local commercial priorities with central product roadmaps.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Polish.

Why you'll enjoy working here?

  • Competitive  compensation tailored to your experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
  • A hybrid and autonomous way of working, built on trust and flexibility.
  • Private medical care (Enel-Med).
  • Sports activity subsidy (Multisport).
  • Group life insurance options.
  • Social Fund benefits, including holiday subsidies and vouchers.
  • Professional development training and access to a benefit platform.
  • An inspiring and challenging environment where you can grow professionally and take real ownership.
  • Annual company-wide getaway and frequent team integration events.
  • A 6-week paid sabbatical after four years at Inbank, recognising long-term impact and strong performance.
  • A friendly, results-oriented team.
