We’re now looking for a meticulous and proactive Accounting & Process Improvement Intern to join our team with a clear, structured project from day one. If you want to see how modern accounting operations drive a digital bank and help us strengthen our process transparency—join us!

What will you be doing?

  • Taking ownership of a specific project focused on learning and mastering our accounting workflows.
  • Assisting in the analysis of recurring accounting cases, manual entries, and reconciliation activities under the guidance of our experts.
  • Reviewing and documenting current processes to gain a deep understanding of how accounting operations function in a fast-paced fintech.
  • Supporting the Back Office team in identifying and implementing simple process improvements and efficiency tasks.
  • Preparing basic summaries and sharing your observations based on project findings together with your mentor.

Ideally, you:

  • Have genuine interest in accounting, finance, and the "why" behind financial processes.
  • Are proactive, have solution-oriented mindset, especially when tackling analysis-based tasks.
  • Have strong organizational abilities and a high level of attention to detail—you notice the things others might miss.
  • Have the ability to clearly communicate your findings and insights in English and Lithuanian (both written and verbal).
  • You are currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
