
Partner Sales Manager

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Partner Sales Manager to join our Vilnius office.
In this role, you will play a key role in managing existing relationships and driving sales growth in the Vilnius region. Each day, you’ll connect with our partners face-to-face, build trust, and ensure they feel supported and valued. To succeed, you should be a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for active engagement throughout the sales process.
What you will be doing:
- Take care of, establish, and maintain relationships with new and existing partners of Inbank, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
- Consult partners on the issues of purchasing goods in instalments.
- Educate and get the employees of our partners familiar with our systems, while communicating regularly with internal teams for seamless customer onboarding and support.
- Actively research, identify, and evaluate potential growth opportunities and strategic partnerships to boost sales in the Vilnius region.
Ideally, you would have:
- At least 2-4 years of proven experience as a Partner Sales Manager or similar within B2B Sales, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Experience with the implementation, execution, or optimisation of sales strategies.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and a strong understanding of sales performance metrics, reporting, and analysis.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent written and spoken Lithuanian and English communication skills.
- B category driver’s licence.
