Recruiter

Tallinn, Harju, Estonia

We are a financial technology company with an EU banking licence, building next-generation embedded finance solutions that connect merchants, consumers, and financial institutions. Inbank’s products are seamlessly integrated into the shopping journeys of more than 6,000 retailers, helping merchants grow while enabling customers to pay in a simple, transparent, and frictionless way.

Innovation, responsibility, and sustainable growth guide how we work. Our team of 440+ people operates across Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic, bringing together diverse expertise and perspectives to build meaningful financial solutions.

We believe great results come from empowered people. You’ll find an open, collaborative culture, opportunities to take ownership, and the support to grow alongside an international team shaping the future of embedded finance.

Driven by our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a Recruiter to join our Tallinn office.

As a Recruiter, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes across Inbank’s international teams. You will work closely with hiring managers & teams to attract, assess, and hire top talent across a wide range of roles — from marketing and product development to IT and banking.

You will play an important part in shaping our teams and strengthening Inbank’s employer brand, ensuring every candidate has a positive, transparent, and professional experience throughout the recruitment journey. This role is well-suited for you if you enjoy ownership, value collaboration, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs and developing effective hiring strategies aligned with team and organisational goals.
  • Owning the full recruitment lifecycle end-to-end, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, hiring decisions and offer negotiations.
  • Proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates through multiple channels, building and maintaining strong talent pipelines.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for local teams on recruitment-related matters, providing guidance, support, and best practices.
  • Using data and insights to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness, including pipeline conversion, time to fill, and candidate experience.
  • Contributing to employer branding initiatives such as internship programmes, career events, and job fairs to attract and engage top talent.
  • Serving as a brand ambassador, representing Inbank’s culture, values, and purpose in every candidate interaction.

Ideally, you bring:

  • 3 years of previous hands-on, full-cycle recruitment experience across both tech and non-tech roles (Product Engineers, Finance/Data Analysts, Sales, Marketing, etc).
  • Experience recruiting internationally across multiple markets, functions, and seniority levels.
  • The ability to quickly understand the business and its culture, and build strong, trusted partnerships with hiring managers.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured way.
  • Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high level of ownership.
  • Confidence in using data and analytics to inform decisions and continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply — we value diverse experiences and perspectives and believe great people grow into great roles.

Why you’ll enjoy working here?

We believe great work deserves great rewards. That’s why we offer a competitive salary tailored to your experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. You’ll enjoy sports compensation or additional health insurance, plus extra vacation days after your third year with us. To recognise long-term impact and strong performance, we offer a 6-week paid sabbatical after four years at Inbank

Beyond the benefits, you’ll step into an inspiring, challenging environment where you can grow professionally, work in a hybrid and autonomous setup, and collaborate with talented teammates internationally. Add in regular team events and a variety of extra perks, and you’ll find that Inbank isn’t just a workplace—it’s a place to thrive.

If you are motivated by building strong teams and connecting people with meaningful opportunities, you’ll find plenty of room to grow and make an impact at Inbank
