With a focus on innovation and growth, we are looking for talented people to join our team of 440+ working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic.
As part of our growth ambitions, we are looking for a Corporate Credit Risk Manager to join our Tallinn office.
In this role, you will take ownership of strengthening and scaling Inbank’s partner corporate credit risk assessment, management, and monitoring processes within the 1st line of defence. This is a high-impact position where you will shape corporate credit risk methodologies, drive digitalisation and automation initiatives, and actively contribute to credit decision-making.
You will work closely with colleagues across Sales, Risk, Product, and Technology in an international and fast-growing fintech environment. If you are motivated to build scalable risk frameworks and balance growth with sound risk management, this role offers the opportunity to make a real difference.
What will you be doing?
- Own and continuously enhance the corporate credit risk management framework, including risk measurement principles, policies, and processes.
- Lead and contribute to the development of supporting technology solutions.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive credit risk monitoring framework, including early warning indicators, in cooperation with the 2nd line of defence.
- Design and implement a robust corporate credit rating system.
- Drive automation and digitalisation of corporate credit risk evaluation using third-party databases and data sources.
- Review, formalise, and scale risk-related processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and growth readiness.
- Prepare, present, and defend credit risk assessments for corporate customers and partners.
- Participate in credit decision-making forums and ongoing credit quality monitoring.
Ideally, you would have:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Credit Analyst, Risk Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role (experience in banking or fintech is considered a bonus).
- Strong ability to interpret and critically evaluate financial statements, with a deep understanding of a company’s financial health and performance beyond reported figures.
- Strong analytical skills, including assessing complex corporate and ownership structures.
- Solid understanding of credit risk drivers, concentration risk, and early warning indicators.
- Experience designing or improving credit risk frameworks, scorecards, or rating models.
- Strong project management skills, including experience managing development projects, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured way.
- High level of ownership, prioritisation, and time management, combined with a proactive “can-do” mindset.
- Excellent communication skills when collaborating with international, cross-functional teams across business, product, and technology.
If this role excites you, but you don’t meet every single requirement, we still encourage you to apply. We value diverse backgrounds and perspectives and believe that great people grow into great roles.
Why you’ll enjoy working here?
We believe great work deserves great rewards. That’s why we offer a competitive salary tailored to your experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
