This helps our merchant partners grow their businesses, while end customers benefit from a frictionless shopping experience wherever they are. With a focus on innovation and growth, we are looking for talented people to join our team of 440+ working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic.
We’re now looking for a proactive and creative People Team Intern to support our HR operations and Employer Branding initiatives in Poland. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in modern HR processes and play a key role in how we communicate our culture. What will you be doing?
- Bringing fresh, creative ideas to our Employer Branding projects to help Inbank stand out as an employer of choice.
- Assisting in the planning, coordination, and creative execution of internal team events and engagement activities.
- Maintaining and updating employee records in our HR systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Supporting benefit research, monitoring the HR budget, and coordinating event-related expenses.
- Managing and archiving HR documentation while ensuring full compliance with legal standards.
Ideally, you:
- You are currently studying (HR, Psychology, Marketing, or related fields) or holding a degree and want to grow in the People & Culture area.
- Have creative mindset – you like thinking outside the box when it comes to communication and events.
- Have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and a flair for data management.
- Have a "can-do" attitude, solution-oriented thinking, and a high level of empathy.
- Possesses great attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Are an excellent communicator in both Polish and English (Czech is huge plus!)
