As part of our growth ambitions, we are looking for a Commercial Growth Manager to join our Tallinn office and help drive strategic partnerships and new growth initiatives across our European markets.

Our Growth & Strategic Initiatives unit acts as Inbank’s internal growth engine — identifying new commercial opportunities, scaling high-potential partnerships, and accelerating strategic initiatives across the business.

In this role, you will operate at the intersection of new business development, strategic partnerships, and large-account growth. You will work with complex partners where success is driven by commercial creativity, disciplined execution, and strong partner activation. Your mission will be to identify, develop, and scale new growth initiatives while owning the commercial success and expansion of high-potential strategic accounts.

What you’ll be doing?

  • Identifying and shaping new growth opportunities by developing new use cases and partnership models.
  • Building and developing relationships with large strategic partners across multiple industries.
  • Leading commercial negotiations and structuring win–win partnership agreements.
  • Supporting the launch and scaling of new initiatives across selected European markets.
  • Turning customer, partner, and market insights into commercial initiatives that drive growth.
  • Driving partner performance, growth, and long-term retention.
  • Contributing to pipeline management, forecasting, and commercial planning.
  • Collaborating closely with product, risk, and operations teams to ensure initiatives are feasible and scalable.
  • Coordinating internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and delivery.

Ideally, you’d have:

  • Proven previous experience in commercial roles, business development, or strategic partnerships in a B2B environment.
  • A strong track record of developing growth initiatives and new commercial opportunities.
  • Experience managing large or strategic accounts and growing long-term partnerships.
  • The ability to work across multiple markets and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong relationship management skills and the ability to influence senior partner stakeholders.
  • The ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • A commercially sharp and data-driven mindset, with a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in commercial negotiations.
