CRO Manager

Warszawa, Masovian Voivodeship, Poland

Inbank is a financial technology company with an EU banking license that connects merchants, consumers, and financial institutions on its next-generation embedded finance platform. Our financing solutions are seamlessly integrated into the shopping journeys of over 6,000 retailers. This helps our merchant partners grow their businesses, while end customers benefit from a frictionless shopping experience wherever they are. With a focus on innovation and growth, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team of over 440 professionals working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic.

Committed to ambitious growth and the launch of a strategic, group-wide key initiative, we are looking for an experienced and highly analytical CRO Manager to join our team, based in the Warsaw or Gdańsk office. This critical role offers the opportunity to lead the conversion strategy for one of the most important digital transformations within our organization.

You will be the analytical engine driving our commercial success, responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights across products and channels. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, deep analytical expertise, marketing and UX insights, sales enablement mindset and strong collaboration across multiple teams. You will directly contribute to maximizing sales, improving conversion, and uncovering new business opportunities.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Take full ownership of converting a high volume of raw leads into closed sales, directly impacting the company's financial results and loan volume goals.
  • Define and optimize the seamless hand-off and communication strategy between Marketing Automation and the Call Center.
  • Design and implement a highly effective self-service conversion journey, ensuring leads can effortlessly progress and close transactions independently
  • Build and optimize automated email sequences and lead nurturing workflows, leveraging Marketing Automation platforms to drive engagement and push for automated conversion.
  • Design, optimize, and manage effective rescue processes for churned leads (e.g., maximizing conversion of abandoned applications), transforming potential revenue losses into successful sales.
  • Plan, manage, and evaluate A/B tests and funnel experiments to improve landing pages, forms, CTAs, and user flows for higher conversion rates at every stage.
  • Analyze performance metrics and monitor user behavior through analytics tools (GA4, CRM, dashboards) to identify and resolve critical bottlenecks in the lead flow.
  •  Prepare comprehensive performance reports and recommend data-driven, actionable improvements to enhance funnel efficiency and lead quality.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Risk, and Product teams to align product features, messaging, and goals across the entire conversion path.

Ideally you would have:

  • Solid and demonstrable track record within the banking, lending, or regulated FinTech industries, preferably focused on digital products and direct sales channels.
  • Proven, hands-on experience in optimizing high-volume digital sales funnels and effectively managing A/B testing and experimentation programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data insights (from GA4,
CRM, and bespoke dashboards) into measurable, actionable business strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Good understanding of unit economics for loans as a product
  • Strong communication skills; fluency both in Polish and English.
  • Understanding of UX principles and behavioral psychology as applied to digital conversion paths, landing pages, and user flows.
  • Practical experience with operating and optimizing CRM systems and Marketing Automation platforms to build sophisticated nurturing sequences and lead recovery processes.
  • Results-oriented mindset with focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to work effectively across interdisciplinary teams (Marketing, Product, Risk, and Call Center) and manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously

Our offer to you:

  • Competitive salary based on experience and a comprehensive benefits package.
  • Hybrid, agile, and autonomous working environment.
  • Private medical care (Enel-Med).
  • Sports activity subsidy.
  • Engaging and challenging projects with professional development opportunities.
  • A 6-week paid sabbatical after 4 years at Inbank, based on performance.
  • A friendly, results-oriented team.
  • Team events and additional perks.

At Inbank, we strive to have an inclusive and diverse working environment, so we welcome you to apply even if you do not match all the points here, but think you would do well.
