HR Business Partner

Inbank is a financial technology company with an EU banking license that connects merchants, consumers, and financial institutions on its next-generation embedded finance platform. Our financing solutions are embedded seamlessly into the shopping journey of 6,000+ retailers. This helps our merchant partners grow their businesses, while end customers benefit from a frictionless shopping experience wherever they are. With a focus on innovation and growth, we are looking for talented people to join our team of 440+ working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic.
We’re looking for a talented HR Business Partner to join our team in Vilnius. As part of our international People team, you’ll play a key role in empowering our employees in Lithuania and Latvia to reach their full potential and contribute to Inbank’s ambitious goals.
At Inbank, we love a good challenge — but we’re never alone in facing them. You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of People, regional People Partners, and our Recruitment team, all committed to supporting each other and creating an inspiring employee experience across the organisation.
What will you be doing?
- Be a strategic partner: work closely with the regional leadership team to translate business priorities into impactful people strategies. Provide expert guidance in workforce planning, organisational and role design, leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, and compensation.
- Drive leadership excellence: coach and mentor leaders to help them manage change, build high-performing teams, strengthen engagement, communicate effectively, and navigate complex team dynamics. Ensure that leadership practices are aligned with Inbank’s values and expectations.
- Lead and support: in addition to core HR Business Partner responsibilities, you will act as the regional HR Manager, owning the full employee lifecycle across your region. You will guide and support a team of two People & Office Specialists, ensuring smooth daily operations and stepping in hands-on for onboarding, offboarding, and other key processes when needed.
- Lead key initiatives: lead or contribute to company-wide People projects such as mentorship program development, HR process optimisation, and the renewal of our compensation strategy — and drive successful implementation within your region.
- Enhance the workplace environment: help ensure our Lithuanian and Latvian offices are vibrant, inspiring, and enjoyable places to work, fostering a positive and energetic atmosphere.
To be successful in the role, you ideally bring the following skills with you:
- HR expertise: At least 3 years of previous experience in HR management or HR Business Partnering, preferably within an international or matrix organisation.
- Leadership experience: a proven track record of leading and developing teams.
- Strategic mindset: the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity, prioritising initiatives that deliver real business value.
- Hands-on approach: a willingness to roll up your sleeves - from shaping strategic initiatives to managing day-to-day HR operations.
- High energy & resilience: a proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the stamina to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communication abilities in both written and spoken Lithuanian & English.
At Inbank, great work deserves great rewards. Here’s what you can look forward to when you join us:
- Competitive salary based on experience and performance (€5,000–€5,500 gross per month).
- A hybrid working model that supports flexibility and a healthy work-life balance.
- Extra time off: enjoy 5 additional vacation days after your 3rd year with us.
- Inspiring work environment that values creativity, collaboration, and impact.
- Growth opportunities: we invest in your professional development and support your career advancement.
- Health benefits: choose between comprehensive health insurance or access to the Stebby wellness platform.
- Dedicated learning and development budget to help you grow your skills and stay ahead.
- Fun and connection: take part in company-wide and team events that bring our people together.
- A modern office in Vilnius city centre, designed for comfort, collaboration, and productivity.
When submitting your application, kindly ensure your CV is in English.
