
Key Account Manager

Due to our growth ambitions, we seek a talented Key Account Manager to join our Vilnius office.
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a vital role in expanding Inbank’s merchant network and building strong, long-term partnerships that drive mutual growth. You’ll be responsible for managing key partner relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that Inbank’s solutions deliver tangible value to both merchants and their customers.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with payment service providers (PSPs) and e-commerce platforms to integrate Inbank’s financing solutions seamlessly into online shopping environments. Working hand in hand with technical and product teams, you’ll help ensure smooth implementation processes and exceptional partner experiences.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally with our international sales, marketing, and product teams, contributing directly to Inbank’s digital growth across the Baltic region.
What will you be doing?
- Manage & grow partnerships – identify, approach, and build relationships with key retail and e-commerce partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and performance.
- Own the sales cycle – lead the entire B2B sales process from first contact to deal closure, managing strategic partnerships and securing new business opportunities.
- Oversee and coordinate e-Commerce & PSP Integrations – work closely with PSPs, developers, and technology providers to integrate Inbank’s financing solutions into digital and omnichannel retail environments.
- Work with leading international partners – collaborate with major market players to help them scale their businesses beyond local markets through innovative financing models.
- Optimise customer conversion – take responsibility for activating abandoned shopping carts and implementing strategies to upsell complementary products or services, helping partners maximise sales and customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate across teams –partner with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless partner experience and high-quality delivery.
- Educate & empower partners – guide retailers and online merchants in leveraging Inbank’s solutions to boost conversion rates, average basket sizes, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive growth – identify new market opportunities, contribute to Inbank’s expansion across the Baltics, and represent Inbank at industry events and professional conferences.
Ideally, you would have:
- 3 years of proven previous experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar B2B sales role, preferably within fintech, payments, or e-commerce sectors.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and oversee complex integration or partnership projects from planning to delivery.
- Hands-on experience in the implementation, execution, and optimisation of sales strategies that drive measurable business growth.
- A solid understanding of sales performance metrics, with the ability to identify new opportunities through data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term strategic relationships with business partners.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset, focused on delivering partner success and exceeding targets.
- Fluent communication skills in written and spoken Lithuanian and English.
