Workplace Services Engineer

Due to our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking a dedicated Workplace Services Engineer to join our team on-site in Poland, Gdansk. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the office environment and ensuring employees have the tools and resources they need to be productive. You will manage day-to-day IT operations, resolve technical issues, set up workstations, maintain office infrastructure, and provide support to employees. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help ensure smooth operations and contribute to broader company initiatives. This role will require willingness to travel to our offices in Warsaw, Gdansk, and the Czech Republic. 

To be successful in this role, you ideally bring the following skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
  • Expertise in managing Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.
  • Strong understanding of office networking, VPNs and printers.
  • Meeting room setup experience Cisco Webex, Google meet or similar.
  • Familiarity with MDM Device Management tools like JumpCloude or similar.
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, ServiceDesk).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in Polish and English.

  • Engineering Mindset: Approach challenges systematically, with a focus on problem-solving and scalability.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with workflow automation (Zapier or similar).
  • Experience with SSO, SAML, SWA,  oauth, LDAP, API, Python, Unifi networks and Fortigate firewalls. 
  • Vendor management, License Management and Procurement for IT equipment and services.
  • Zero-Touch IT: Implement and manage automated onboarding/offboarding processes.
