This position is based in Iaşi, Romania.
The Trainer Operations role is a chance to step into a pivotal position where you’ll help onboard new employees, improve training initiatives, and collaborate across teams to drive success. Key Responsibilities
As part of the Operations department and the Training team, these will be your main tasks:
- Delivery of Trainings: Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees, ensuring effective communication and understanding. Adapt training delivery to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs.
- Learning Management System: Gain proficiency in using the company’s LMS to update and maintain training content. Support the development of online modules by providing valuable feedback and suggestions.
- Delivery to Internal Departments: Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address their specific training requirements. Deliver targeted training sessions to ensure knowledge is effectively transferred across departments.
- Team Project Groups: Actively contribute to team initiatives focused on improving training strategies. Work collaboratively with peers to develop and implement innovative training solutions.
- Tools and Software: Learn to use training-related tools and software efficiently to optimize delivery. Assist team members by providing support and suggesting process improvements for better outcomes.
- Leadership and Development: Take initiative to grow professionally by seeking feedback and taking on new responsibilities. Demonstrate a commitment to enhancing training delivery and methodology through continuous learning.
- Administrative Skills: Handle the logistics of training sessions, such as scheduling and organizing materials. Keep accurate records of training activities and ensure smooth preparation of resources.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience with IDnow products is important to ensure success in this position
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Adaptable and open to feedback.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with trainees and team members.
