This role can be based in London or Manchester

 

As a Senior New Business Sales Manager - International, you will play a pivotal role in driving IDnow's growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities across international markets. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and positioning IDnow's solutions as the ideal fit. This is a high-impact role that requires a proactive, results-oriented professional with a passion for sales and technology.

 

Key Responsibilities

This role will collaborate with other departments, including with the Marketing Department to align sales and marketing strategies and working with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless customer experience and support cycle. Additionally this role partners with Product Managers to drive innovations that meet market and customers needs.

Business Development:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
  • Adapt your strategy to the different international markets to adjust your approach accordingly.

Client Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of IDnow's solutions.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Sales Process Management:

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and solution engineering, to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market insights, and opportunities.

 

Preferred Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • You have worked in the SaaS and tech industry before
  • You have worked with the financial services industry before
  • Expertise in negotiation, with a proven track record of successfully closing deals and maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Basic understanding of MEDDPICC and SPIN sales methodology is necessary. If you have proven experience with them, even better.
