Thanks to our close relationships with industry regulators, our solutions comply with multi-jurisdictional KYC ("Know Your Customer") regulations, allowing customers to process a wide variety of identity documents, and onboard and service consumers from all around the world in different markets and countries.

 

This position is limited up to 12 months and can be based in Munich or in Berlin. 

Key Responsibilities

As a P&O Partner dedicated to the transformation of our Tech & Product organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational change, enabling business growth, and building a high-performing culture. You will work closely with our CPTO, senior leaders and employees to implement strategies that support the evolution of our technology and product teams during a period of significant transformation. 

  • Act as a trusted advisor to Tech & Product leadership, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management to support transformation goals.
  • Lead and support change initiatives, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of new ways of working.
  • Identify skill gaps, support upskilling/reskilling initiatives, and partner with L&D to develop measures tailored to the evolving needs of the tech and product teams.
  • Advise on restructuring, role definition, and team dynamics to enable agile, scalable, and efficient tech and product functions.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues with a focus on fairness, compliance, and business needs.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Drive employee engagement initiatives and support leaders in building high-performing teams.
  • Ensure effective HR project management in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. 

 

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years partnering with tech or product organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting organizational transformation, particularly in tech-driven environments.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles and agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive HR initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English, German and French language skills are a plus.
