Team Lead QA (f/m/d)

This position is based in Rennes.

We are looking for an experienced QA Team Lead to join our team and help us build and maintain high-quality software products. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our QA team in Rennes, as well as working closely with other teams to achieve our common goals.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Quality Assurance engineers
  • Work together with your team members, Scrummasters, Team Leads and Product Owners to seamlessly integrate quality assurance into the process
  • Drive constant improvements in your team’s knowledge, mindset and tools
  • Plan and build the future of quality assurance at IDnow together with the other quality assurance teams
  • Find creative ways to reduce the number of escaped bugs and increase your team’s efficiency
  • Define & review test strategies and plans
  • Support your team members with difficult and time critical tasks

Preferred Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
  • 3+ years of experience in a team lead role
    Strong technical knowledge in test automation with Python
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent level of English
