Warehouse Specialist - Spain (f/m/d)
The position

We are looking for an experienced operations professional to strengthen our partner fulfillment operations in Madrid.
What you will do:
Be Hive's local presence: Act as the key point of contact between Hive HQ (Berlin) and our partner fulfillment center, ensuring alignment and smooth daily operations.
Train and empower teams: Lead onboarding and ongoing training for warehouse staff on Hive’s processes, tools, and new feature rollouts.
Optimize for scale: Spot inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and help standardize workflows to support Hive’s growth in Spain.
Support merchant success: Collaborate with onboarding and support teams to ensure smooth merchant launches and an excellent operational experience.
Keep things running: Triage and solve operational challenges as they arise and help the team deliver reliably, every day.

Strong relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external partners
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment

A solid understanding of SLAs and comfort working with performance metrics

Looking for an exciting 6 or 12-month internship abroad where you can gain hands-on experience in sales? At Hive, we’re offering ambitious Dutch-speaking students and recent grads the opportunity to join one of Europe’s fastest-growing tech scaleups and kickstart their career in tech sales.
As a Sales Development Representative Intern, you’ll become part of our high-performing outbound sales team. From cold calling to booking meetings with decision-makers at top ecommerce brands in the Netherlands and beyond, you’ll be learning by doing, every single day.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Cold call and connect: Be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking prospects, sparking interest and starting meaningful sales conversations
Drive business: Book meetings with ecommerce brands and build a qualified sales pipeline for our Account Executives
Get real training: Learn sales strategies, prospecting tools, objection handling, and performance-driven outreach tactics through hands-on coaching
