Technical Implementation Specialist

We’re looking for a Technical Implementation Manager (TIM) to join our growing team and help us scale seamless no-code solutions for our merchants. As TIM, you’ll be the first line of defense for technical issues, own implementation processes, and consult our largest merchants during onboarding and beyond. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and merchant success teams to ensure our clients receive best-in-class technical support as they grow with Hive.

- Create impact: As a Technical Implementation Manager, you’ll lead the implementation of no-code setups for new and existing Hive clients. You’ll ensure our merchants launch smoothly, and you’ll act as a key player in making sure our technical operations scale with their growth.
- Own technical support and escalations: You’ll act as the first responder to technical issues, resolving or escalating them quickly and efficiently—while keeping ownership until resolution. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to make sure no problem goes unsolved.
- Consult whale merchants: You’ll provide high-touch consulting during onboarding for our largest merchants, helping them navigate complex setups and scale their operations. Your technical know-how and strategic mindset will help them get the most out of Hive.
- Drive WMSaaS excellence: You’ll ensure our Warehouse Management System as a Service (WMSaaS) runs reliably and meets merchant needs. You’ll proactively identify and resolve any issues, working toward operational excellence across the board.
- Continuously improve: You’ll refine processes for implementation, technical support, and escalation workflows. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and quality of how Hive delivers support.

Languages: Fluency in English (C1) and at least one additional language at C1 level: French, Italian, Spanish, or German.

Tech-savvy mindset: Experience with no-code tools, SaaS platforms, and system configurations.

Problem-solver: You bring a curious and solution-oriented approach to technical challenges and escalations.

Merchant-facing skills: You’re confident in working with clients directly, consulting and troubleshooting with a customer-first mindset.

Escalation ownership: Proven ability to identify issues, manage resolution paths, and coordinate with product and engineering teams.

WMS exposure: Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and logistics workflows is a plus.

Multitasker & process optimizer: You’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities while continuously improving how we work.
