Middle Internal Event Manager

Plan, organize, and deliver a wide range of internal events — both in-person and online;

Curate and manage seasonal celebrations, knowledge-sharing sessions, challenges, team-building activities, and meetups;

Activate and support our well-being strategy through engaging, meaningful formats;

Collaborate closely with other departments to align on messaging and goals;
-
Coordinate vendors, venues, catering, and logistics, etc, with attention to detail and timing;
-
Create and manage branded corporate merchandise;
-
Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve the quality, impact, and relevance of events;
-
Manage the internal events calendar, making sure it reflects key company milestones and team needs;
-
Oversee photo and video production — from concept to final delivery;
-
Stay up to date with trends in internal engagement and bring fresh ideas to the table;
-
Ensure every experience reflects our brand culture, values, and tone of voice.
We need your professional experience:
-
2+ years of experience in event management;
-
Strong organizational and multitasking skills — you can juggle several projects with calm and confidence;
-
A creative mindset with a strong sense of fun, aesthetics, and emotional intelligence;
-
Proven hands-on experience with both online and offline event formats;
-
Comfortable collaborating across teams and adapting quickly in a fast-moving environment;
-
English — Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
-
Experience in tech or iGaming is a plus.
