As our Facilities Intern, you will be at the heart of keeping our office environment vibrant and productive. From maintaining a welcoming atmosphere to supporting workplace
operations, you'll gain hands-on experience in facilities management and office operations. 

Your Missions
  • Office Operations: Help maintain smooth daily operations of the office, including handling maintenance tasks like HVAC, plumbing, and lighting. You’ll also manage supplies and coordinate repairs for kitchen appliances and common areas.
  • Space Planning: Assist with organizing desk setups, supporting office moves, and ensuring our office is always stocked with snacks and supplies to keep everyone fueled and focused.
  • Event Coordination: Work alongside the team to plan exciting team-building activities, internal events, and company celebrations that enhance team spirit and bring everyone together.
  • Onboarding Support: Be part of welcoming new joiners by preparing materials, setting them up on platforms, and making sure their first days are smooth and memorable.
  • Vendor Coordination: Be the point of contact for external vendors and contractors, ensuring we get top-notch service and everything runs efficiently.
  • Employee Support: Be the go-to person for all workplace-related questions, ensuring a welcoming and organised environment for all employees and visitors.
About You
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational skills: You efficiently manage tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain workplace order.
  • People passion: you’re enthusiastic about fostering positive relationships and supporting colleagues’ well-being, contributing to an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Basic tech-savviness: you’re comfortable with technology and digital tools for office management and process optimization.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness: you handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organizational trust.
  • Adaptability and fast learning: you are flexible, adaptable, and quick to learn new processes or technologies.

 

Requirements

  • Documentation allowing you to work in Spain full time (40h/week)
