About the Role

At Amenitiz, we’re on a mission to redefine how independent hoteliers grow their business in a digital-first world. As our Senior Product Marketing Manager – PLG, you’ll be at the forefront of driving product-led growth strategies that boost net revenue retention, reduce churn, and unlock new inbound growth streams in 2024 and beyond. This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing to deliver measurable impact. You’ll blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, all while mentoring and inspiring our Product Marketing team.

Your Mission

Own the PMM contribution to initiatives that increase upsell revenue, prevent churn, and optimize pricing and packaging for different geographies and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
Drive product adoption and engagement through personalized, automated communication campaigns that speak directly to customer needs.
Build and execute a robust PLG-focused product marketing strategy, tightly aligned with business objectives.
Mentor and develop Product Marketing team members, helping them grow their skills and influence.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to maximize the reach and impact of new product launches.
Deeply understand our customers, their behaviors, and evolving needs to guide product positioning and strategy.
Track, analyze, and optimize PLG campaign performance using actionable insights to continuously improve results

About You

5+ years of experience in product marketing or product management, with a proven track record of driving successful product-led growth in B2B SaaS.
Background in SaaS, ideally with experience in the hospitality tech space.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing and developing product marketing teams.
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to measure and interpret campaign performance.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of crafting clear, compelling messaging and content.
Highly collaborative, with strong project management skills and a track record of working effectively across teams.
Strong advantage if you have Experience with product analytics tools and languages such as SQL.
