SDR Manager - French Market
As an SDR Manager for the French Market at Amenitiz, you will be responsible for developing, training, and hiring a highly driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. This team serves as the first point of contact for prospective customers, playing a crucial role in the overall success of the business. Your Missions
Hire, Coach, and Lead: Build and manage a high-performing SDR team by recruiting top talent and providing continuous training on sales, product knowledge, and industry trends.
Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with the Head of Sales to align the SDR team’s goals with broader business objectives and contribute to overall growth strategies.
Coaching and Performance Tracking: Conduct regular call reviews, provide actionable feedback, and track key performance metrics to drive improvement.
Motivation and Results: Foster a positive and motivated team environment, ensuring that individual and team targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Process Improvement: Continuously optimize sales development processes, implement best practices, and use data-driven insights to enhance team productivity.
Product Knowledge and Training: Stay updated on product developments and ensure the team is equipped with the knowledge to engage in meaningful customer conversations.
About You
Extensive experience in business development, inside sales, or customer success within a SaaS company.
At least 1 year of experience managing a sales team with a proven track record of improving sales KPIs.
A consistent history of achieving 100%+ of sales targets.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Native French speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
A highly empathetic and passionate leader with a winning mentality and infectious, positive attitude.

FP&A Analyst
About the role
In this role, you will own and drive financial planning and forecasting. You will play a key part in extracting, validating, and analysing data end-to-end to provide financial insights that drive decision-making across the company. You will partner closely with leadership to deliver reliable, actionable analysis in a fast-growing SaaS environment. Your mission:
Own the extraction, validation, and organisation of financial and operational data, including pulling data directly from source systems using SQL.
Drive the forecasting and long-term planning processes across the company by building and maintaining driver-based financial models.
Analyse monthly results versus forecast, proactively highlighting key drivers, trends, risks, and data inconsistencies.
Track, monitor, and deeply analyse core SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, NRR, ARPU), ensuring alignment between Finance and BI.
Build financial models to evaluate business performance, unit economics, and future growth initiatives, from raw data to insight.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to understand business drivers, challenge assumptions, and ensure financial alignment.
Contribute to the preparation of management reports, board materials, and investor presentations with clear narratives backed by data.
Lead and support ad hoc projects such as fundraising analysis, scenario modelling, and strategic initiatives with a high degree of ownership.
About you:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Master’s is a plus.
2+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance, Analytics, Consulting, or a similar analytical role, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth environment.
Strong SQL skills with the ability to independently query, reconcile, and analyse data (joins, aggregations, time-based logic).
Strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency; experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI) is a plus.
Solid understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics, with the ability to explain drivers and trade-offs.
High attention to detail, curiosity, and a proactive mindset to dig into numbers and understand the why behind results.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; fluent in English.
