As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for converting qualified opportunities into new Amenitiz customers. This is a high-impact role with clear goals: run high-quality demos, close deals efficiently, and ensure customers are set up for long-term success.

Become the face of Amenitiz for hoteliers in Portugal — lead consultative conversations, run high-impact demos, and show prospects how to grow their business with our platform.

Own your deals end-to-end: from the moment a lead is qualified to the moment they sign — building trust, creating urgency, and driving a smooth, fast sales cycle.

Partner closely with our SDR team to maximize lead quality and win rates — sharing feedback, improving handovers, and building a high-performing acquisition engine together.

Build momentum every day by keeping your calendar full and consistently running 3+ demos/day — because top performers don’t wait for pipeline, they create it.

Win the right customers and set them up for success from day one, collaborating with Customer Success to turn new signings into long-term partnerships.

Level up every week by tracking your performance, refining your pitch, and helping us scale a world-class sales organization.
- Over 1-2 years of Business Development experience, including leading product demos and consistently closing deals.
- You are a Portuguese native speaker and have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Great motivation and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- You are passionate about what you do and always looking to go the extra mile!
- You have strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
- You love challenges and exceeding goals as a team!
- You have a healthy competitive nature and always strive to be the best but never at the expense of others.
