About the role

As an SEO Specialist, You will focus on supporting and executing SEO strategies aimed at enhancing Amenitiz’s organic search performance. In this role, you will collaborate closely with LCM Managers, CRO, Growth Managers, and Content teams to ensure that SEO best practices are applied, driving traffic and improving search rankings to contribute to the company’s inbound pipeline and overall business growth.

Your mission:

  • On-Page SEO Optimisation: Execute on-page SEO strategies, including optimising meta tags, headers, content, and internal linking to enhance rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for optimising website content and improving search visibility.
  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to ensure content is aligned with SEO best practices, ensuring it is optimised for relevant keywords and search intent.
  • Technical SEO Support: Assist in identifying and resolving technical SEO issues, including improving website crawlability and site speed.
  • Link-Building Initiatives: Support the development and execution of link-building strategies to improve domain authority and boost rankings.
  • Performance Tracking: Use SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to monitor the website’s SEO performance, track progress, and report on key metrics.
  • Continuous Optimization: Analyse search rankings and user behaviour to provide insights and support efforts to optimise SEO strategies for better outcomes.

Your profile:

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO or Digital Marketing with a focus on on-page SEO and content optimization.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of on-page SEO techniques, including keyword research, meta tag optimization, content structure, and internal linking strategies.
  • Great understanding of technical SEO fundamentals such as crawlability, indexation, and site speed optimization.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights that can inform SEO strategy and tactics.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for learning and staying up to date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes
