About the role

The VP of Finance will be responsible for leading the financial operations and strategy of Amenitiz. They will play a pivotal role in shaping company direction, enabling growth through sound financial planning, and ensuring operational excellence.
As a direct partner to the CEO and member of the leadership team, the VP of Finance will provide financial clarity to support data-driven decision-making, maintain strong investor relations, and ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, operational efficiency, and team leadership.

Your missions

  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team to define and execute long-term financial strategy, aligning financial planning with company goals.
  • Own financial forecasting, SaaS metrics, and strategic modeling to guide decision-making and support growth.
  • Lead all core finance functions including accounting, tax, audit, compliance, treasury, and reporting—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and insight for all stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain strong financial controls, risk management, and compliance standards across the organization.
  • Manage capital strategy and cash flow, and play a key role in fundraising (equity and/or debt), including investor relationships.
  • Build and scale a high-performing finance team, focusing on org design, talent development, and a collaborative, cross-functional culture.
  • Drive systems and process optimization, implementing scalable tools and automation to support growth and new business initiatives.


Your profile

  • 5+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in venture-backed or PE-backed SaaS businesses.
  • Experience leading Finance in a scale-up or late-stage startup environment.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, accounting principles, financial operations, and capital structure.
  • Skilled at both strategic and operational levels — able to define high-level strategy and dig into the details.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; capable of translating complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience in international markets, especially across Europe.
