Sales Development Representative - Italian Market

About the role
- Engages with potential customers through cold calling, educating them on the benefits of Amenitiz, and generating interest in a live demo.
- Listens actively and uses probing questions to uncover prospects’ needs and challenges, tailoring the pitch to their specific situations.
- Builds trust and engagement quickly, ensuring meaningful conversations that lead to qualified sales opportunities.
- Maintains a high volume of outbound activities while ensuring quality interactions and consistent revenue opportunities.
- Ensures accurate and detailed lead management within the CRM (HubSpot), contributing to a healthy pipeline and reliable forecasting.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, continuously optimizing prospecting efforts.
- 1+ year of experience in a dynamic sales environment (If you don't have any experience, we just look for strong adaptability, great organisational skills, and high energy)
- You are an Italian native speaker and have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- You are passionate about what you do and always looking to go the extra mile!
- You have strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
- You have great motivation and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- You overperform when challenged and want to exceed goals with your team.
- You have a healthy competitive nature and always strive to be the best, but never at the expense of others.
- You are tech-savvy, entrepreneurial, and understand current technology trends.
- Experience in business development for online travel, hospitech, and/or SaaS is a big plus.
