About the role

At Amenitiz, we’re on a mission to simplify hospitality management and help independent hoteliers thrive in a digital-first world. As our SEO Specialist - Organic Search, you’ll play a vital role in driving inbound growth by improving our search visibility and boosting organic traffic. Working closely with Growth, Content, and CRO teams, you’ll make sure SEO best practices are embedded across the business - helping us attract, engage, and convert more customers through organic channels.

Your missions

  • On-page SEO: Optimize meta tags, headers, content structure, and internal linking to improve rankings and organic traffic.
  • Keyword research: Identify opportunities to grow visibility and ensure content aligns with high-value search intent.
  • Content collaboration: Partner with the Content team to ensure all content is optimized for keywords, structure, and SEO best practices.
  • Technical SEO: Support improvements in crawlability, indexation, and site performance.
  • Link building: Assist in developing and executing strategies to strengthen domain authority and rankings.
  • Performance monitoring: Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog to track performance, measure success, and report insights.
  • Continuous optimization: Analyze search data and user behavior, providing insights and recommendations to refine SEO strategy.

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing, with strong knowledge of on-page optimization and content SEO.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of on-page SEO techniques (keyword research, metadata, content structure, internal linking).
  • Good grasp of technical SEO fundamentals such as crawlability, indexation, and site speed optimization.
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to translate data into actionable SEO insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
  • A passion for SEO and curiosity to stay ahead of the latest trends and algorithm updates.
