About the Role
As our Sales Manager for the Italian Market, you will play a central role in driving Amenitiz’s growth in one of our most strategic regions. With a highly engaged team of AEs already in place - and plans to scale further - you’ll lead, inspire, and empower this group to achieve ambitious targets and establish Amenitiz as the #1 hospitality tech solution for independent hoteliers in Italy.
This is a high-impact leadership role - you'll own the commercial success of the Italian region and collaborate cross-functionally to shape and scale our Go-To-Market (GTM) efforts.
Your Missions
Own the Commercial Success of Italy
- Develop and execute a winning sales strategy that positions Amenitiz as the leading hospitality tech solution for independent hoteliers in Italy.
- Design scalable outreach tactics and funnel mechanics that consistently generate qualified pipeline across all segments.
- Take full ownership of revenue performance - forecasting accurately and setting clear monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure we stay ahead of market trends and customer needs.
Build & Lead a High-Performing Sales Team
- Lead, recruit, and coach a growing team of AEs, ensuring they’re engaged, empowered, and consistently hitting targets.
- Drive a culture of high performance, ownership, and continuous improvement - where ambition meets accountability.
Scale What Works, Share What Matters
- Build and refine a market-specific playbook that can serve as a benchmark for sales excellence across Amenitiz.
- Actively contribute to our broader Go-To-Market efforts by sharing learnings, insights, and best practices across regions.
- Be a visible culture ambassador - someone who lives our values, raises the bar, and inspires others to do the same.
About You
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in fast-scaling SaaS or B2B environments.
- Experience directly managing both SDRs and AEs
- Deep knowledge of outbound sales and pipeline generation best practices.
- A strong grasp of sales metrics, KPI tracking, forecasting, and data-backed performance management.
- Native fluency in Italian, and full professional fluency in English.
- Familiarity with modern sales stacks (Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, HubSpot).
