About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Senior Customer Lifecycle Specialist to join our Customer Marketing team, reporting to the Customer Marketing Manager and working alongside two Customer Marketing Specialists. You’ll play a key role in connecting our customers to product value by designing and executing targeted lifecycle communications and adoption initiatives. Your work will directly impact key business outcomes such as Product Adoption, NPS, and Customer Retention.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, data, customer insights, and communications, and is excited to own and evolve how we guide customers through their journey with omnichannel messaging,  from onboarding to advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lifecycle strategy and execution: Define and implement the end-to-end Lifecycle Communication strategy across channels (email, in-app, Help Center, etc.). Partner with Product, Onboarding, and CS teams to design communications that guide customers to adopt key feature.
  • Data and segmentation: Collaborate with Product and Data teams to define customer segmentation and product usage frameworks. Build scalable programs tailored to lifecycle stage, usage behavior, and product maturity.
  • Product Positioning & GTM for existing customers: Define messaging strategy and GTM plans for new features and product launches. Ensure existing customers understand new value offerings and adopt them successfully.
  • Customer feedback: Create and evolve the VoC program alongside the Research team, and feed back into lifecycle campaigns, onboarding, and product strategies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in Lifecycle Marketing, Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, or Customer Success.
  • Strong background in customer segmentation, journey mapping, and behavioral targeting.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills — able to distill complex ideas into simple, compelling messages that optimise for a goal..
  • Experience working with Product, Data, and Customer Success teams.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS products and customer journeys.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented and strategic thinker with a bias for action and experimentation.
  • Tools: CRM / Marketing automation (e.g. Braze, Salesforce, Customer.io, Klaviyo), product and data analytics (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker)
