About the role:

As part of our growth, we're looking for ambitious talent for our Debug Squad (a.k.a Bugbusters). This squad is crucial to maintain the high quality of our customer satisfaction by providing first-line of solving problems, reducing technical debt and directly supporting our Care team and customer's satisfaction.

Your mission:

This position is designed as a stepping stone for junior engineers eager to deepen their expertise in Ruby on Rails, React.js, and other technologies in our stack.

With a focus on professional development and learning, members of the Debug Squad have the opportunity to progress within the company, potentially transitioning to mid-level software engineering roles as they become available.

  • Serve as the first line of defense in identifying and fixing bugs.

  • Implement solutions to unblock customers swiftly.

  • Actively reduce the technical debt to ensure the platform's scalability and reliability.

  • Collaborate closely with the Care team to understand and swiftly address customer issues, delivering direct impact and enhancing user satisfaction.

Your profile:

  • Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and React.js.

  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and bug fixing.

  • A strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a team dedicated to improving product quality and customer experience.

  • Excellent communication skills.
