The role


This is a newly created role that offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of Group holding 
company accounting and governance across Luxembourg and other key jurisdictions. The role will 
sit at the core of Yondr’s finance function, responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, 
regulatory compliance, and control over legal entity structures, funding flows, and statutory 
deliverables.


Main responsibilities


/ Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial statements for holding companies in 
accordance with Local GAAP and IFRS
/ Management timely group reporting submissions and intercompany reconciliations
/ Coordinate the preparation of annual accounts for all relevant holding entities (e.g. Lux 
GAAP, IFRS etc.) 
/ Ensure alignment between local books and consolidated group reporting (OneStream; 
D365; Yardi) 
/ Act as the key finance point of contact for legal entity management, restructuring, 
incorporations, and dissolutions 
/ Maintain oversight of group structure and capital structures, ensuring accurate accounting 
for equity, shareholder loans, dividends and reserve movements 
/ Support accounting and tracking of intra-group funding, FX hedging instruments, and 
structured debt/equity arrangements

/ Ensure proper eliminations of intercompany balances and interest during group 
consolidation 
/ Prepare or review journals for financings flows (e.g. upstreaming, dividends, capital 
injections) 
/ Coordinate statutory audit and regulatory filings with external auditors and service providers
/ Partner with Group Tax and Legal to ensure entities remain compliant with local 
requirements, including substance, transfer pricing, and withholding tax considerations.
/ Monitor changes in relevant accounting and regulatory standards across Luxembourg and 
other jurisdictions
/ Support the implementation of strong internal controls and process documentation across 
the holding company portfolio
/ Drive standardisation and automation of reporting processes using D365, OneStream, Yardi 
and other group platforms

Qualifications and experience


/ Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CA)
/ 5+ years’ experience in audit and/or financial reporting roles, with
strong exposure to multinational legal entity structures
/ Advanced knowledge of IFRS, with familiarity in Lux GAAP, Dutch 
GAAP or other European GAAPs a plus
/ Prior experience managing Luxembourg holding companies or working 
within a cross-border finance structure is highly desirable
/ Solid understanding of intercompany accounting, treasury structures, 
and corporate financing flows
/ Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills; able to 
influence senior stakeholders across finance, legal and tax
/ Hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset; thrives in a fast-paced, evolving 
environment
/ Experience with consolidation/reporting systems (e.g., OneStream, 
Hyperion) and ERP (e.g., D365, Yardi)
