About the Role 

The Director of Client Delivery leads all aspects of data center fit‑out delivery across regions, partnering closely with hyperscale clients to ensure successful execution of complex, fast‑paced programs. This role oversees client relationship management, project delivery, and cross‑functional team leadership to maintain alignment on scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing data hall fit‑outs, supported by a strong construction and operations background. Success requires exceptional business acumen, the ability to thrive in a high‑growth environment, and a proven track record of delivering large‑scale technical projects while building strong client partnerships.

You will be responsible for ensuring facilities are delivered on time and fully compliant with lease obligations. This includes ensuring all stakeholders understand contractual and technical handover requirements, tracking progress, and reporting effectively to meet project completion dates.

A key focus of the role is managing client interface requirements—acting as the primary liaison between internal teams and external customers from lease signature through data hall fit out construction and handover. You will drive clarity, alignment, and accountability across all parties to ensure requirements are met, timelines are understood, and delivery is seamless. The goal is to provide a best‑in‑class client experience and uphold a best‑in‑class industry reputation.

 

Main Responsibilities 

/  Provide consistent best in class customer experience and throughout project life cycles:

  • Deliver a consistent, best‑in‑class client experience throughout the project lifecycle by:
    • Leading and coordinating the project‑specific client delivery team including design consultants, contractors and vendors.
    • Understanding each client’s core values, processes, and interface requirements.
    • Managing client‑requested changes throughout the development lifecycle.
    • Overseeing communications, project risks, meeting cadence, and escalation pathways for both client teams and internal stakeholders.
    • Maintaining strong, proactive client relationships with accurate documentation, clear action tracking, and closed‑loop follow‑
    • Providing clear, timely reporting on project progress to senior client stakeholders.

/  Manage the client’s data hall fit out scope through delivery and handoff:

  • Lead all phases of the client fit out projects, from planning and design coordination to procurement, construction, commissioning and handoff.
  • Manage subject matter expert SME to SME relationships.
  • Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain vendor and contractor relationships.

 

/ Deliver on lease obligations and ensure the client data hall fit out scope of work is delivered:

  • Hand off to Client and Internal Operations team on time and within budget
  • Ensure compliance with the contracted scope and lease deliverable checklists.
  • Manage approvals at the various stages of the project.

 

 

Qualifications and experience

 /  Possess strong experience and knowledge in project and program management skills.

/  Preference for experience in managing client teams and understanding of datacenter hyperscale clients.

/  Hyperscale Client management experience

/  Experience covering multiple projects with multiple hyperscale clients simultaneously across the region is preferred.

/  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

/  Expert in running efficient meetings, tracking action items and deliverables, and ensuring closed loop communications.

/  Data center experience working for end users / developers.

/  Creative and passionate about creating solutions to customer problems.

/  Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision and hold internal & external stakeholders to account.

/  Flexible to travel to clients or suppliers as required of the job.

/  Able to build trusting relationships with various stakeholders in the most effective time frame.
