The role

As Systems Integration Manager within Yondr, act as Client-side Integration lead ensuring ‘integratability’ of mechanical and electrical management systems with YondrOne within the technical delivery of Yondr projects. From concept and on into operations. You will take a lead role in the strategic oversight of the individual design packages and be a key influencer to their innovative outcome from an integration standpoint.

 

Provide technical appraisal over interrelated disciplines, control technical quality and integration risk, working with a team of subject matter experts in the various engineering disciplines. Delivered through an understanding of a broad range of system disciplines and an expertise in integrating systems onto common data platforms.

 

 

Main responsibilities

/ Accountable for the mechanical and electrical management systems integration strategy for Yondr projects

/ Accountable for cross discipline risk management

/ Accountable for Yondr’s systems integration requirements specification documentation

/ Provide technical leadership and facilitate cross discipline collaboration aiming to refine and optimise ongoing project system integration effort

/ Provide technical appraisal of designs and contractor proposals against integration strategy

/ Escalation point for project delivery mobilisation teams with systems integration SME input

/ Technical acceptance and handover of Yondr Developments at all project stages from an integration standpoint

/ Responsible for each site asset and endpoint telemetry relationship information sharing with Yondr customers

/ Leads technical innovation of systems

/ Develop central governance and standardisation of systems and technology

 

Qualifications and experience

/ Must have multidiscipline understanding and experience of all building systems (ELV, BMS, PMS, software development, integration technologies, ICT) as well as M&E to be able to effectively foster collaboration

/ Appreciation of the impact (cost, program, quality) of technical decisions

/ Ability to take the lead in technical workshops and meetings

/ Experience in managing various relationships and foster cross discipline collaboration

/ Industry recognised education and qualification in an engineering discipline

/ Keen eye for detail and ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment

/ Data Centre or relevant experience in large multidisciplinary systems integration projects
