Junior VIP Specialist

The VIP Junior Specialist role is to offer support for our VIP customers, to find the best solution in order to solve the customers issues. This position tries to build an exceptional relationship with VIP`s company customers, to provide the best services through the communication channels provided by company. The position follows the activity of their VIP players and work with VIP Manager to improve, rise and extend the activity of the VIP players - give bonuses, propose personalized campaigns, propose gifts.
What you’ll be doing:
- Contacting clients suggested by VIP Manager and inform them that they have been selected by VIP project;
- Responds to every request that comes from customers;
- Handle VIP customer complaints in a patient and efficient manner;
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers queries;
- Contacts VIP customers according to the structure, through the communication channels provided by company;
- Identify customer needs, concerns and questions;
- Promotes Super Technologies services and image (campaigns, new games, etc.);
- Build professional relationships with customers;
- Give manually retention bonuses, VIP campaigns bonuses and inform the clients about these bonuses;
- Work in team and help his colleagues (contact, offer bonuses to client of other colleagues when it is necessary);
- Reports technical issues that customers encounter to superiors or to competent departments.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is native Polish speaker with English at a basic level;
- Has excellent communication skills, verbal;
- Has strong written conversational skills;
- Has negotiation skills;
- Has the ability to interact with many different types of people, externally with customers and internally with company team and departments;
- Is friendly, empathetic; motivated and with a good energy;
- Is a Team player.
