Director of Product GTM

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain Superbet’s Product GTM strategy (value proposition, positioning, targeting, master narrative of key products).

  • Design and continuously optimize the Product GTM operating model (processes, governance, meetings, tooling).

  • Build and foster strong collaboration with key business stakeholders (e.g., country leads, marketing managers) and product & technology leaders (VPs, Directors).

  • Drive insight generation from GTM metrics and competitor research to inform decision-making.

  • Facilitate best practice knowledge sharing across markets and product verticals.

  • Build, lead, and coach a high-performing central Product GTM team, enabling excellence across product areas and markets.

  • Proactively resolve conflicts in GTM processes and, where needed, escalate and influence VP- or C-level stakeholders.

  • Represent and communicate Product GTM performance to executive leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in Product GTM or Product Marketing roles in the technology space, with 5+ years of leadership experience.

  • Demonstrated success in multi-market B2C product launches, ideally in high-frequency, transactional apps within regulated industries (gambling experience is a plus).

  • Experience in building or scaling a Product GTM/Product Marketing organization (as a leader or consultant).

  • Strong stakeholder management: builds rapport quickly, communicates effectively with executives, facilitates alignment and rapid decision-making.

  • Proven people leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.

  • Hands-on experience in program/project management for product launches.

  • Comfortable with data analysis, growth experimentation, and evidence-based decision-making.

  • Able to dive into details when needed.
