From our office in Zwijnaarde (Gent), we’re looking for a Global Field Marketeer who’s eager to contribute to the translation of Sofico's global marketing strategy into relevant regional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regional Campaigns

You translate Sofico’s global marketing strategy into relevant regional campaigns, localizing assets such as invitations, landing pages, email flows, and sales materials. You identify content gaps and work with central teams to address them, ensuring consistent yet locally relevant execution.

  • Events & Market Presence

You drive Sofico’s visibility across regional events, webinars, and industry initiatives. You build partnerships, secure speaking opportunities, and manage events end-to-end — from concept to follow-up.

  • Sales Collaboration

You act as the main marketing partner for regional sales, translating their needs into structured, scalable initiatives aligned with global priorities and business goals.

  • Insights & Optimization

You gather regional market insights and feed them back into global marketing to improve strategy and messaging. You track performance, manage budgets, and continuously optimize campaigns and events.

What you bring to the table

  • You have a degree in Marketing, Communication, or equivalent experience, and at least 5 years in field or regional marketing, ideally in B2B or SaaS.
  • You’re experienced in working across regions and familiar with tools like HubSpot, webinar platforms, or Canva.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and work autonomously with a strong sense of ownership.
  • You have a commercial mindset, build relationships easily, and manage stakeholders across regions and functions.
  • You are structured, proactive, and comfortable working within clear processes and frameworks.
