From our office in Houten, we’re looking for a Project Manager who’s eager to contribute to successful ERP software implementation projects and long-term customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do...

• Lead ERP software implementation projects from planning through go-live and hypercare.
• Coordinate project teams, customer stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor scope, budget, risks, quality, and timelines while proactively managing issues and changes.
• Organize governance structures, steering committees, and project communication plans.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and contributing to project management best practices.

What you bring...

• Proven experience managing ERP implementation or IT services projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams, priorities, and deliverables in an international environment.
