You are the strategic architect behind the successful deployment of our software "Miles" for major international clients. In this role, you don't just implement a system, you enable global automotive and leasing companies to run their core business on a future-proof platform. You act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and technical possibilities. As part of a hidden champion in mobility tech, you take ownership of projects that define how the world moves tomorrow.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • You lead workshops with clients to analyze their business processes and define the optimal configuration of Miles
  • You translate complex customer requirements into concrete functional specifications and solution designs
  • You take ownership of the implementation process, configuring the system to drive efficiency and value for the client
  • You guide and mentor junior colleagues, sharing your knowledge and helping the team grow
  • You collaborate with project managers and developers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards
  • You support the customer during the acceptance phase and ensure a smooth transition to their new operational reality

Your skills and interests: 

  • You have gained solid professional experience in software implementation, business analysis, or IT consulting
  • You possess a deep understanding of business processes, ideally within the automotive, leasing, or finance sector
  • You enjoy taking the lead in customer interactions and have a talent for explaining complex solutions clearly
  • You have a strong analytical mind and are enthusiastic about solving intricate functional challenges
  • You are fluent in German and English and feel comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment
  • You are driven by the desire to deliver high-quality results and build long-lasting partnerships with clients
