You are the expert navigator for our most complex client projects. As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you leverage your deep industry knowledge and technical expertise to steer global automotive and leasing giants through critical software implementations. You don't just configure a system; you design the future operational landscape of our clients. In this pivotal role within a hidden champion of mobility tech, you act as a mentor to your team and a strategic partner to our customers, ensuring that our software "Miles" delivers maximum impact.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • You take full ownership of large-scale implementation projects, from initial scoping to final delivery
  • You analyze intricate business requirements and design sophisticated solutions that push the boundaries of what is possible with Miles
  • You act as a primary point of contact for key stakeholders, managing expectations and building strong, trust-based relationships
  • You mentor and coach junior and mid-level consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team
  • You identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the strategic roadmap of our implementation methodology
  • You collaborate closely with product management and development teams to translate market needs into new software features

Your skills and interests: 

  • You have built an impressive track record in software implementation, IT consulting, or business analysis over several years
  • You possess expert-level knowledge of the automotive finance, leasing, or fleet management industry
  • You thrive in challenging environments and have successfully managed complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • You are passionate about sharing your knowledge and have experience in leading or mentoring teams
  • You combine strong analytical skills with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
  • You communicate fluently in German and English and enjoy working in a diverse, international setting
