Functional tester (m/f/d)

 

As a Functional Tester, you’ll focus on the functional testing of the Miles Enterprise Suite, an all-in-one solution covering front, mid, and back-office operations, configurable to meet our customers’ unique needs. You’ll be responsible for testing newly developed features, customer-specific configurations, and various patches and releases.

Depending on your experience and interests, your responsibilities can expand to integration testing, interface testing, and more.

Your Main Tasks Will Be:

• Defining test scenarios and test cases by reviewing requirements
• Executing a variety of test scenarios
• Reporting results and taking actions based on outcomes

You’ll join a multidisciplinary team working in an agile environment to deliver top-quality solutions to customers. This role involves close collaboration with business consultants and developers.

Your Skills and Interests

An analytical mindset is key; you should know where to look for specific issues and have a detail-oriented approach to ensure thorough documentation for your colleagues.

What We’re Looking for in You:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in functional testing of software solutions
• Proficiency in structured testing, test techniques, and test methodologies
• Database knowledge, especially in Oracle and SQL Server; PostgreSQL is a plus
• ERP, leasing, or mobility industry knowledge is a bonus (or we bring you up to speed through our extensive onboarding process)
• ISTQB certification
• Fluency in English
