You Will:
- Develop and maintain forecasting models for both sales and account management, supporting quarterly and yearly business planning;
- Deliver actionable insights through campaign analytics, identifying trends and providing strategic consultancy to different internal teams;
- Create and automate recurring reports (e.g., performance KPIs, inventory analysis) to streamline processes and increase efficiency;
- Collaborate with the Traffic Team to analyze data and ensure optimal campaign delivery;
- Partner with Marketing to identify trends and translate them into compelling storytelling opportunities;
- Use data visualization tools to transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for various stakeholders;
- Support deal potential analyses for our sales team, helping identify and prioritize opportunities.
Desired Experience:
- Experience in online marketing and understanding of digital advertising metrics;
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis techniques;
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations;
- Proficiency in SQL and Looker Studio (or equivalent BI/data visualization tools), familiarity with Python and BigQuery is a plus;
- Experience with report automation, dashboards, and large datasets;
- Proactive, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with precision;
- Excellent communication skills, able to work cross-functionally and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences;
- Business fluency in English, German is a plus;
- Curiosity to learn in and contribute to a constantly evolving industry.
