As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping RTB House’s position in the Spanish digital advertising market. Your mission will be to demonstrate the value of our innovative products, cultivate trusted relationships with clients, and drive growth through proactive sales efforts. You will be a key contributor to building and scaling our Spanish presence.

You Will:
Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into RTB House customers on the Spanish market;
Generate sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to close;
Partner with technical and account management teams;
Execute customer communications via telephone or email, in line with standards and procedures;
Create formal offers and present them to potential customers;
Deliver high levels of customer relationship management, satisfaction, and interaction;
Report on the status of sales processes regarding both existing and potential customers;
Develop professional and technical knowledge by attending training sessions.
Desired Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of sales experience within the online industry;
Knowledge of performance marketing, programmatic buying, and RTB model advantageous;
Goal-oriented approach, and experience in managing the sales process and sales pipeline;
Deep experience in a B2B environment;
Great analytical and organization skills;
Persuasion, exceptional negotiation and communication skills;
Knowledge in sales frameworks and techniques;
Fluency in Spanish with advanced command of English (C1 level).
