  • Manage resources, timelines, dependencies, and risks across technical and marketing teams or projects;

Essential professional experience:
  • In-depth understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies, with the ability to adapt approaches to project/team needs;

  • Proficient in Jira and Confluence, including workflow setup, dashboards, reporting systems, and automation;

  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, Iterable, etc.);

  • Experience with budgeting, cost control, and optimization;

  • Strong negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels (developers to C-level);

  • Expertise in working with metrics and data, using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.);

  • Strong English skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher);

  • Basic understanding of SDLC and task planning for development and testing phases.
