Create clear, engaging, and consistent internal communication materials (newsletters, announcements, intranet content, etc.) aligned with the company’s communication strategy;

Support leadership and HR in developing messages that foster employee engagement and strengthen company culture;

Collaborate with various departments to gather input and highlight team achievements, initiatives, and events;

Work closely with design, HR, and other teams to produce visually appealing, accessible internal content;

Ensure all materials are grammatically correct, on-brand, and in line with our tone of voice;

Manage multiple communication projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality;
-
Support internal projects by planning, organizing, and delivering well-crafted communication;
-
Occasionally assist in creating internal presentations using Google Slides;
-
Act as a content quality gatekeeper, reviewing internal communications for clarity, tone, and brand consistency.
Essential professional experience:
-
2+ years of experience as an English content writer (experience in internal or corporate communications is a plus);
-
English proficiency level B2 or higher;
-
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to tone, clarity, and engagement;
-
Ability to translate corporate messages into clear, audience-friendly content and adapt them to different formats;
-
Detail-oriented, reliable, and enthusiastic about internal communications and company culture;
-
Basic visual storytelling skills (Google Slides) are a plus;
-
Previous experience collaborating with HR or communications teams is a bonus.
