Identify potential affiliates and reactivate inactive ones;

Perform various marketing activities to promote partner programs;
-
Participate in affiliate marketing online/offline events;
-
Prepare promotional assets for partners such as ready-to-use banners, text, screenshots;
-
Monitor competitors’ affiliate campaigns and promotions;
-
Keep affiliates up to date on program and product enhancements;
-
Monitor partner activities and performance, including transaction checks (fraud risk, unusual activities);
-
Monitor affiliate activity to ensure affiliate compliance with company policies and brand guidelines in all online channels;
-
Initiate new campaign ideas, including incentivization and bonuses for the program;
-
Analyzing affiliate promotional performance.
Essential professional experience:
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing or related role;
-
Experience in Asian/LATAM markets;
-
Understanding of the market (betting/gambling);
-
At least Upper-Intermediate level of English;
-
Higher education in economics, finance, or a mathematical field;
-
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Sheets;
-
Knowledge of traffic sources, payment models (CPA/Revenue Share/Hybrid) and traffic KPI analysis methods (ROI/ROMI/eCPA/ARPU);

Knowledge of the basics of web analytics.
