Growe welcomes those who are excited to:
  • Develop and improve the platform – implement new esports betting features, tailor them to the local market, and collaborate with UX/UI and tech teams;

  • Manage partnerships and sponsorships – engage with teams, organizations, and influencers, securing beneficial deals to enhance brand awareness;

  • Organize and oversee esports tournaments – plan and execute local tournaments, ensuring smooth logistics, live-streaming, and seamless betting integration;

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis – track industry trends, user preferences, and competitors to identify opportunities for platform growth;

  • Enhance gamification and user engagement – introduce challenges, leaderboards, and reward systems to boost retention and excitement;

  • Prioritize events and track performance – determine key tournaments to feature, analyze KPIs, and leverage data insights to optimize product decisions.

We need your professional experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in product management or a related role, ideally in esports, gaming, or online betting.

  • Deep knowledge of the Chilean esports ecosystem, including top games like League of Legends, Dota 2, CS: GO, Valorant, and FIFA;

  • Strong understanding of esports betting trends, user behavior, and platform management;

  • Ability to design and execute gamification strategies, including outside-platform rewards, skins, and loot boxes;

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to inform product decisions and improve user engagement;

  • English - Upper-Intermediate;

  • Experience managing esports sponsorships, partnerships, and events in the Latin American region;

  • Familiarity with esports tournament management and integration with betting platforms.
